James H. Andrews
Director of Finance

Mr. Andrews has served as the Treasurer of Permanent Portfolio Family of Funds since 2007 and previously served as the Fund’s Assistant Treasurer from 2006 through 2007. Mr. Andrews has also served as the Director of Finance of Pacific Heights Asset Management, LLC since 2006.

Prior to joining the Fund and Pacific Heights, Mr. Andrews served in various financial, investment and operational capacities at Blum Capital Partners LP from 1994 through 2005, at Harris, Bretall, Sullivan & Smith from 1992 through 1993 and, prior to that, at Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, Occidental Petroleum, and BP, p.l.c.

Mr. Andrews received his undergraduate degrees in economics and history from Tufts University and his MBA in finance and accounting from Northwestern University.
